Non-cross-drilled Heavy Duty 1350 U Joint
The strength of the u-joint depends on several factors including material, design, the presence of a grease fitting, cap size, etc. This 1350 U Joint journal cross is made with a solid cold formed body for strength and durability.
The bearing cups are case hardened for longer life. The Thrust washers in each bearing cap is to eliminate metal on metal contact preventing wear and lower overall operating temperature.
It is non-greaseable design that is factory lubed with synthetic grease for excellent friction reduction. The multi-lip seals keep the grease in and the water and contaminants out.
